¿Where is the project located?
Quintas de Cabuya is located in Cabuya, Chame, Panama. The road that leads into Quintas de Cabuya is 55 minutes Panama City, entering at the right hand side on the Panamerican Highway by "Mini Super Coloncito", less than 5 minutes after passing the entrance to Gorgona Beach. ¿What different options are offered in Quintas de Cabuya?
In Quintas de Cabuya we offer various models of countryside homes that range from 139 m2 of construction to 275 m2 of construction. Our houses are constructed on lots starting with areas of 3,000 m2 giving residents ample space and tranquility.
We also offer Country Villas with a common social area. Our Villa complex, Riverside Villas 2, has 14 houses with options of 2 and 3 bedrooms.

¿Does the project have a social area?
Yes. In Quintas de Cabuya we have already started construction of a social area that includes Club House, deck overlooking the Chame River, access to the Chame River, soccer field, volleyball court, children's playground and beautiful gardens.
¿What utilities does the project count with?
The project has asphalted streets, electricity, drinking water, cellular phone coverage and options for internet connectivity.
¿What security does the project count with?
Quintas de Cabuya is totally fenced with a guarded entrance. Additionally, we have internal monitoring giving you and your family added security.
¿Will Quintas de Cabuya be registered as a "PH"?
Yes.Quintas de Cabuya is already registered under the "propiedad horizontal (PH)" category, guaranteeing perfect harmony for residents and consistency of all architecture.
¿Will there be businesses inside Quintas de Cabuya?
No. The PH rules state that no land in Quintas de Cabuya and can be used to build businesses nor high density buildings and houses over two stories high.
¿What is the construction time for houses and villas?
Houses and villas will be available 7 months after construction has initiated. The construction begins one month after the promise to purchase (contrato de compraventa) and the first downpayment. During the 7 months there must be a downpayment equal to 30% of the price of the house and theremaining balance is cancelled througha payment promise letter )carte de promesa de pago) from a recognized bank.
¿Why should I choose a home in Quintas de Cabuya over other options?
